Staircase is a key part of our early warning system using it's triggers to identify accounts at risk as early as possible for action. The Expansion Agent is also front and center in our daily workflows to help drive additional business. The pre and post meeting summaries help our teams be more effective and save time by presenting the information directly to them without the work of hunting it down. Meeting prep and meeting follow up are easy now. The Hand Off Agent has also become a nice add-on for us in helping teams get up to speed on details about an account without needing to wait for a download from an AE.
