Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use GatherUp for our review platform. It allows us to track as well as send emails/text messages to request our Homeowners to leave us a review about their experience with us. It also allows us to send reminder texts & emails if someone has not left us a review. We love that GatherUp allows Homeowners to fill out a survey with a NPS score that comes directly to us.
