What is Giving Docs?

Giving Docs helps nonprofits empower their supporters with online estate planning tools, in order to advance the impact of planned giving. The platform allows users to create meaningful estate plans that provide for both the people they love and the causes they care about. The toolkit enables donors to create a legacy gift through a bequest in a will or codicil; to adjust beneficiary designations via retirement accounts or life insurance policies; and to make donations via stock gifts, IRA Qualified Charitable Distributions, and Donor Advised Funds.

Driven by behavioral science in partnership with Duke University’s Center for Advanced Hindsight, Giving Docs collaborates alongside our wide array of nonprofit partners to transform donor intention into action, uncover new planned gifts, and gain valuable insight into donor behavior.
