Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Gleam for contests and giveaways. It is really great at generating new followers and getting contact information. It's a breeze to use and you can connect your social media pages very easily, to help reach out and increase new followers.

Pros

Design is great.
Customization is easy.
Social channel connection is a breeze.

Cons

For some channels users have to manually do the tasks.
Free tier needs more customization.
Sign up form builder is lacking.

If you host giveaways regularly, Gleam is an easy solution and way to capture emails, entries and enhance your social media presence.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Gleam helps me run giveaways based on tasks that help my business grow. It lets me generate tasks like watching videos, visiting websites, visiting a Facebook page, Following on LinkedIn and much more. That means every time someone finishes a task they get a point or ticket per say. These points give the user more probabilities of winning.

This is well suited for entrepreneurs who are fine with the limitations of the free and basic plan. Helping businesses grow their social media accounts with tasks.

Having that said if your business is just starting out, some of these pricing plans are too high for entrepreneurs. Be aware of the limitations of the plans.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I've used Gleam for many years to help to generate new followers on social media and gather contacts' info through contest entries. It's an easy-to-use platform that has a lot of features and lets you connect it with a wide variety of social channels to help extend your brand's reach while offering a giveaway or contest.

Pros

Good design
Easy to customize

Cons

I've used both the paid and free plans; maybe add at least the header image option to the free plan.
Integrate deeper into certain social channels, like Instagram, to allow people to click follow right on the form.

Likelihood to Recommend

Gleam is a great way to connect with a broader audience and be discovered by new people who otherwise may never hear of your brand. If your promotion is picked up by the sweepstakes sites and communities, there's a chance that the people drawn to your brand won't be the right ones, but Gleam is a wonderful solution for driving up your social follower numbers.
