This hosted solution facilitates real-time data sharing, searchability, and comprehensive compliance reporting for over 25 regulations or custom rules. Data is securely stored on a dedicated virtual server exclusively assigned to each company, ensuring utmost data security and privacy.

SCIP Database Solution: GreenSoft provides a comprehensive SCIP Database solution to support companies in complying with EU REACH Substances of Very High Concern (SVHCs) and the SCIP Database requirements. This solution combines data collection and validation services with GreenData Manager software, enabling companies to collect and validate data on reportable SVHCs from suppliers and generate SCIP dossiers for direct upload to the SCIP Database. Key features of this solution include article ID management, validation of articles and material categories, protection of confidential business information, comprehensive analysis and reporting, SCIP dossier management, and direct submission capabilities to the SCIP portal.

EU REACH Compliance: GreenSoft Technology assists companies in effectively managing compliance with the EU REACH Regulation. The company provides data collection and processing services, including the collection of EU REACH SVHC statements and Full Material Declaration (FMD) data from suppliers. This module serves as a centralized database for storing EMRT forms received from suppliers, enabling users to generate high-level completion summaries at various levels such as company-level, product family-level, or product-level. It allows the aggregation of EMRT forms to create comprehensive company-level, product family-level, or product-level EMRTs. Users can also generate Smelter Analysis Reports to identify high-risk or conflict smelters based on various lists. For a comprehensive supply chain solution, the EMRT Module can be combined with the Conflict Minerals Module.
