- Their mobile app makes it easy for FSA reimbursements to the end user. Snap a shot of the EOB with your phone and upload it for payment.
- They have push reporting that makes the accounting process simple to reconcile.
- HRA claims only require a receipt and one form submited via fax or email to get paid.
Cons
- I would like to see a mobile app for the HRA process.
- Adding in a field for the date and reason of job separation with a confirmation of some sort instead of an email/messaging type method would be more user friendly.
