HeRMeS eXpress

An HR platform small and medium sized businesses, used to manage core HR functionality, leave management, and employee schedules.

The program is modular so organizations can pick and choose the functionality that suits it:

• The “Administration” module of HeRMeS eXpress HR software empowers is used to manage organizational structure, positions, and employee appointments in accordance with Bulgarian legislation.
• With HeRMeS eXpress’s ‘Schedules’ module, users can plan, allocate, and report employees’ work shifts in accordance with the current regulatory framework.
• The Attendance Tracking module of the cloud HR software HeRMeS eXpress automatically utilizes data from access control systems to track visitor and personnel presence on a campus.
• The ‘Absence Management’ module in HeRMeS eXpress, the cloud-based HR software, allows users to manage employee absences and sick leaves. It automates the generation of essential documents such as orders, notifications, and annexes.
• The Performance Appraisal module enhances the employee appraisal process, providing a digitized process to define the steps and criteria for employee evaluations, plan and initiate an evaluation campaign for a specified period, grant participants access to evaluation forms through Self-Service, store and retrieve all completed information, and manage the metrics for calculating final evaluations.
• With the ‘Business Trips’ module of the HR software HeRMeS eXpress, requesting a business trip is easier, coordinating it with a supervisor is faster, and expense reporting is managed within the software.
• The Digital Personnel File is used to digitally create, reconcile, sign, and store documents for employees with the fully integrated of the HeRMeS eXpress HR software.
• Trainings is used to register completed training courses and received certificates, schedule upcoming courses, and include employees.
