Hiring Thing was used as an Applicant Tracking System as our HR team and organization were growing. We had no centralized recruitment process so it allowed recruiters and hiring managers to post their own roles and walk candidates through the application and hiring process with little handholding. It also had an option to post to job boards.
Pros
System navigation
Posting to website and job boards
Reviewing applicants quickly
Cons
The support side leaves room for improvement
The offer letter and onboarding documents often didn't send
Limited availability for posting

Hiring Thing is great for new organizations just starting out with smaller talent teams. It is very simple to use, add users, walkthrough processes, communicate with candidates, and walk through the hiring process. It does not work as well when an organization grows, needs lots of open requisitions, and has a decentralized hiring process.
