We use the Aruba Instant Wi-Fi Access Points as access points for business customers. First we look at the need for use and capacity. Then a measurement follows, so that we can place the APs in the office or room where wifi is needed. Through these actions we ensure good coverage of the wifi, and this ensures that everyone in the company has a good, safe and reliable connection to the network and/or the internet. Different SSIDs are also created for the wish that is there. Often at least 2 networks, 1 for the company network, and a guest wifi.

For medium and large business environments where wifi is used a lot, it is a good solution. It is easy to set up, manage and control. The security settings in particular are easy to set up. However, knowledge is required for the setup.The access points can also be placed in Aruba Central so that there are even more options and management can be carried out easily.For smaller companies, the wifi access points are often too expensive

In our infra we use Aruba Instant Wi-Fi Access Points for wireless LAN connectivity for both private and public network accessibility. Generally it provides the stable network but when issue happens with regards to latency and drop in internal nw also it's very hard to identify root cause. We take TAC support also but it take quite time to get resolution

We are 1-1 with 2000 students. We can run a virtual High School program and do our state testing without having to worry about wireless issues. The heat maps have been a huge help in seeing what coverage we have and what areas we need to improve. Not needing a controller has also been a huge cost savings.

It is less appropriate in small environments. It is well suited for large scale enterprise environments. Having five buildings and 200 access points we needed something that could scale well across our environment. The interface is daunting in smaller environments. The bandwidth overhead isn't too mad for the web based management.

Every deployment scenario needs to be accessed in order to determine their appropriateness.

Using [Aruba] IAP can save your back in case of the controller goes down you can convert them to IAP and build a cluster and have the ability to [set up] and manage it and also for small and medium company you can purchase instant APs and build your own cluster[.]

Small scenario when we covered a factory storage area by around 15 to 20 AP instead of purchasing a wireless controller and still we have the same main features while using the IAP cluster[.]

We are using Aruba Instant On AP Series Access Points to let our users in the head office connect their laptop devices and mobile phones through WiFi. Around 120 to 150 users--so, around 200 devices--connect to our network through Aruba Instant On AP Series Access Points. We are using this, as our workforce is not 100% working from their desks, and they are each given a laptop and mobile phone; hence WiFi is the best convenient method to connect when they are back in the office.

Aruba Instant On AP Series Access Points are well suited for a small to mid-size setup (i.e., from 20 users to 500 devices that need to connect to WiFi). Aruba provides access points for both indoors and outdoors (e.g., commercial spaces and offices, and manufacturing units as well). Aruba Instant On AP Series Access Points can also support controller-based architecture, and I would recommend going for that when the AP devices are more than 30.

We have medium deployment of Aruba wifi, have multiple offices in which we have controller and between 10 - 100 APs. From the point of management it is very easy as we can manage each controller from single location - mobility master. Most of our users are on wifi right now and we do not see any problems while users are moving over office and we easily identify problematic AP or area.

We use it in all our offices from small to larger ones (20 - 1000 people in office) and they work great.

We also use it for our events which are happening from time to time based on covid it has moved online for the moment but once we had 30k visitors in 2 days and had good amount of Aruba wifi which worked perfect in this event.

We use Aruba networks throughout our environment with approximately 80 wireless access points, both indoor and outdoor, utilizing 2.4 and 5g as well as public and secure SSIDs. Aruba is very scalable and once configured requires little maintenance to run. Of all the wireless platforms I have used in my career, this is by far the most useable and stable.

Aruba and Clearpass is some of the best in the business. I have used Ubiquiti, Cisco, and Sonicpoint. For an enterprise, this is the pinnacle. The Aruba WAP suite has a model and range that is suited for almost every environment I can think of. The past 3 years using the product has been a positive expereince with only 2 outages (submitted tickets and they asked up to upgrade our firmware, go figure... that seems to always be the resonse.

We use Aruba WAPs for WiFi access in our office, for employees and guests. We were having about 25-50 people come to our office for large meetings and seminars. The crush of them adding devices, and then booting up Chromebooks for a training exercise would overload our WAPs. We installed these and ever since we don't worry about it anymore. These are rock solid.
