Huawei Cloud Relational Database Services (RDS) is a cloud database service which enables users to create a MySQL database. RDS is available for MySQL, PosgreSQL, and Microsoft SQL Server. RDS for MySQL facilitates software and hardware deployment and helps the user manage databases, including installing patches, monitoring metrics, dynamically scaling up or down, and failing over if needed.
