What is Cvent iCapture?
Cvent iCapture is a mobile app-based lead capture tool that standardizes capture forms and covers multiple capture methods (badge scans, kiosks) to ensure no lead gets left behind. Unlike Cvent LeadCapture (which operates within Cvent-managed events), iCapture targets exhibitors and sales teams attending third-party trade shows and conferences where registration data is not housed in Cvent.

The Group Scan feature allows teams to scan multiple badges in one go and attach them to a single conversation, reducing repetitive data entry.
- Real-Time Lead Qualification: Combined with standardized capture forms and qualification fields, sales teams receive clean, reliable records they can actually trust and work from, show after show. Custom qualification questions can be configured to capture lead intent, product interest, and decision timeline.
- Kiosk Deployment: The platform supports kiosk mode, where prospects can manually add contact information or scan their badge, after which contact details are saved and remaining qualifying questions are presented.
