It is mostly used to schedule external meetings with the clients wherein the two and fro mail chain gets reduced and we end up setting meetings ASAP. This also leads to maintaining the timelines which are directly linked to the KPIs set for our team especially the customer success team across all the regions.

It is well suited for external meeting set up where different calendars can easily be synced up making it easy for the clients as well to attend meetings The problem is with the external API that it does not support especially with different collaboration soft wares. Can be better with different operation systems.
