We use for students to do reflections on their internship experiences and to prepare for interviews.
Pros
- Gives practice recording answers to interview questions - which happens more often in actual searches.
- Provides sample questions for specific career fields.
- Allows candidates to get feedback from others.
Cons
- I would like videos I could send to candidates to help the understand how to use InterviewStream and its effectiveness.
Likelihood to Recommend
We have found it great with students BUT you have to require students to use it! They don't use it on their own. No matter how often you tell them it is great!
