Reliable Simple Tax Software for Minimal Complexity Navigation Could Use Improvement.

Pros

  • Guides you through a step by step process for tax filing.
  • Asks relevant questions to help you know what materials and information you need.
  • Auto calculates as you go through the filing process, flags errors at the end.

Cons

  • Navigation could be improved, including a better search function.
  • There are so many categories and sections that it can be difficult to go back and find where information needs to be corrected.

Cons

  • sometimes it's complicated trying to find where to ammend an entry you made. you often land on a form that does not allow direction entry correction. it can be very annoying.
