Good thing is that they are constantly evolving.

What I specifically liked is ready to use template that I can customised and share to customer or use in social media posts.

Further they have big template bank - me and my team members get transition / design inspiration or idea inspiration from their template and we use those in our other projects. Their template becomes reference for us.

They have tie up with istock and we can get access to 1000s of images / videos to use in our project - this is incredible feature and gives absolute value to the subscription money you pay to InVideo AI. In fact just this one feature will be get you real value. Rest everything is plus. :)

And when you are done with making your template - you just put it for render and they will email you when its done in next 5 minutes time so you don’t have to wait and keep looking at screen.

Only thing which is annoying is their over all UI, This can be really improved.

And They have moved InVideo AI studio inside some menu and directly you are not logging to this but AI tool which was confusing.

• Reduced time for the overall output nearly 30 to 40 % if used smartly
• Giving you access to template banks further helps you broad your creative thinking and provides you base to start in right direction
• With paid plans you get better and faster rendering queue access
• They are doing this only since start so you will get much better, well optimised product to help you execute your job

Wonderful Platform, Disappointing Support

In my experience. In my experience, an incredible platform handled by the disappointing team.

I'm writing this review to share our deeply frustrating experience with InVideo. While the platform itself may seem promising, the disappointments we faced due to their team's lackluster support have left us utterly dissatisfied.

Major challenges faced by us:

1. The quota of downloads never refreshes for us and when it's more than a month we face difficulty in downloads.

2. When reached to them, every time ask for purchase records, being a tech company we expect them to have all the records intact

3. At first they try to stall you that oh you might have consumed the refreshed data, but when you show them the count they finally refresh it.

4. It's a pain point for us every month.
