What is IT Remote?
A web-based remote support and access solution. IT Remote was created in 2022 by an IT team looking for a convenient and easy-to-use help-desk solution. The remote access solution, with or without supervision, has been designed to allow users to access a company's remote workstations and servers in security, and provide a web console that can be used to manage access rights to remote workstations and servers.
Using IT Remote, an internet connection is enough to provide remote assistance from a web browser. The user authorizes access to his workstation by running the QuickSupport client, then inserting the access code communicated by the technician. The connection between the two workstations is then effective.
