What is iWAND: AI Stylist & Try-On?
iWAND is a Shopify app that adds an AI stylist with virtual try-on to fashion stores. It recommends complete outfits, answers fit and product questions, and completes the look on the product page, with the aim of raising conversion, increasing average order value, and reducing returns driven by fit and style mismatches.
The product is organized into eight agents across three areas.
- Inspiration. Style Agent interviews the shopper on body shape, occasion, skin tone, and aesthetic, then curates complete outfits rendered on matched models through virtual try-on. Pair Agent takes an item a shopper already owns and pairs it with catalog pieces into a full look.
- Discovery. Find Agent supports conversational, natural-language search that understands vibes, cuts, necklines, and fabrics. Snap Agent is a visual search tool: a shopper uploads an inspiration photo and iWAND finds matching catalog items.
- Product-page conversion. Consult Agent answers pre-purchase shopper concerns about fabric, sizing, care, and versatility. Complete Agent suggests matching accessories and layers with instant try-on. Refine Agent adjusts a recommendation on request, such as showing a longer cut or a different colour.
Unlike external AI shopping agents that operate outside the merchant's own site, iWAND runs inside the merchant's storefront, in the store's own brand voice, with shopper conversation data retained by the merchant.
iWAND installs without code and runs as a lightweight widget that does not require theme modification.
iWAND is built for Shopify fashion and apparel stores with catalogs large enough that shoppers benefit from guided discovery and styling help. It is not intended for non-fashion categories, or stores outside the Shopify platform.
