Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I have used Jostle a little over a year now to engage with staff through the News bulletins feature as well as storing important documents/job aids for the team to have readily available via the intranet so they do not have to be chained to a PC all the time. Having job aids available on the teams phones has been a huge help and they love it. I also love being able to connect with my coworkers and celebrate their birthdays, work anniversaries or shout outs. I have not experienced any issues while using Jostle so I am unable to speak about any problems or issues. I think Jostle is a great product.

I love how Jostle connects our company and allows us to celebrate milestones while also being able to share important messages. Being able to store Job Aids in the library as a resource to your team is amazing, especially when they are out in the field and they do not have a computer they can still look up how to do something.

Jostle application is an intranet software application that is designed in order to simplify life. With modernization and technological advancements, people are becoming more dispersed and workplaces are also quite fragmented. All of this called for a solution that caters to these facets and still makes organizations flourish. Jostle application allows a person to stay seamlessly connected with your organization even when the person is away from his office. This can happen because Jostle provides a platform to connect with team members, view all documents, and even catch up on the latest company views. All of this happens just at your fingertips.

Pros

  • I have been using this application and I feel like this is a good solution to all the relevant problems.
  • Communication is key when it comes to organizations and Jostle is rightfully solving this problem so that is why I like using the software because it has many positive things.
  • The intranet software of Jostle offers well-balanced functions and all possible features that are important for an organization.
  • It has responsive and well trained support.

Cons

  • Jostle has many advantages but there are certain disadvantages that need to be catered to in order to make the entire experience smooth and good. I think that the dashboard is not well designed. I feel like I have to go through a lot of navigation panels to find the right information. It takes too much time sometimes.
  • Another con in my opinion is that the library of Jostle needs a lot of customization and a lot of features have to be added to easily make other things accessible.

Likelihood to Recommend

As one of the great intranet software, Jostle has always helped me in staying connected with the team members from different departments. The app makes me feel so much at ease because I know what is happening in all the departments and if everything is going in the right direction or not. My recommendation is that this software is very appropriate for growing businesses where people are not aware of their surroundings and their colleagues' work status. Jostle will send them notifications on emails whenever they need to be updated regarding any specific thing that is why I highly recommend this application.

Overall, I have been using this platform and it has been the best solution for me; helping me a lot in connecting with the team members on the go. Definitely recommend this to other organizations to have in the ecosystem to communicate with the team members easily. Jostle is providing one of the best possible solutions for the organization's biggest problems is their communication solution.

Pros

  • Jostle is a communication-based intranet solution available in the market to solve the biggest issue in the organization.
  • I have been using this platform for a very long time and it is coming out to be the best mode for me to be the best in the communication department.
  • Jostle is based on perfectly balanced functions and all possible needed features for the needs of our organization.

Cons

  • The biggest drawback that I have been facing for a very long time is that Jostle’s dashboard is not well designed and has all the feature that I needed on the go. I have to go through a lot of navigation panels to actually land on the right page or tool.
  • Secondly, needs more customization with the events function, which has to add more flexibility in operations to be able to customize the calendar. The library needs a lot of customization and a lot of features need to be added like different categories to easily access the different things.

Likelihood to Recommend

It is helping me to stay connected with the team members of their different work. Providing them feedback on their work according to the plan and make sure everything is going in the right way by having all the information on the go.

Jostle is used as a primary intranet tool in my organization to connect with employees and publish any news and announcements. It’s the most efficient company information broadcasting tool. Right from checking the hierarchy to get updates about changes in policies or holidays, everything is published in Jostle.

  • Heirarchy view of company’s senior management.

Cons

  • Issue downloading published contents to common file formats like PDF.

Likelihood to Recommend

It’s perfectly well suited for growing organizations where people do care about and are aware of who is doing what? And activities happening in the organization. HR does not need to send you an email for all the events. Jostle does it well. It also sends you notifications on email for any updates. On the other hand, it’s less suited for people who only want to socialize through a company app. There is less flexibility if people want to communicate with each other on a specific published article or topic of interest.
