Journera is a secure, real-time data exchange platform. Any travel organization can become a Journera partner and publish or subscribe to data on products, services, customers and any other travel-related event occurring with shared customers. The platform flows data directly to and from participating organizations.

When a customer is arriving early for their hotel, they can be automatically offered early, contactless check-in triggered by a signal that they have checked-in or boarded their flight. When they’re arriving late, their room can be protected. A digital key or pre-activated key can be created and ready.

There are multiple ways to onboard data, including the Journera API, file sharing through cloud technology platforms, and a growing list of turnkey integrations with third-party software applications: Guesty, Impala, and others, as well as general ad tech integration support.
