Kalepa Copilot

Kalepa's Copilot is underwriting software that automatically digitizes submissions from unstructured documents like broker emails, SOVs, loss runs, application forms, and supplemental applications using proprietary AI algorithms. From there, Copilot’s AI engine prioritizes risks that are most likely to bind profitably, adjusts rankings to support portfolio mix objectives, and filters out submissions that violate insurer guidelines.

Copilot identifies key exposures from both first-party data and third-party data (e.g., news, reviews, geographic risks, government databases, and the insurer’s other vendor partners). Copilot can then deliver these insights in a streamlined interface that is optimized for underwriters, so they can review risks and correspond with brokers.

Copilot operates out-of-the-box, and is ready to use on day one.
