In my digital realm, Kaspersky Endpoint Security Cloud serves as the stalwart guardian of all endpoints—computers, servers, and mobile devices. Like a protective moat, its antivirus shields the kingdom from malware and other malicious invaders. Its endpoint detection and response (EDR) capabilities act as watchful sentinels, scanning for any signs of suspicious activity and responding decisively when a threat is detected.Web filtering stands as the gatekeeper, regulating the flow of information into the kingdom and allowing only virtuous data to pass through. Device control maintains order among the digital subjects, deciding which devices can connect to the network. The cloud-based nature of the solution allows for centralized management of security policies. Whether in the throne room or on a quest in a distant land, I can keep a watchful eye on the kingdom's security posture. In this ongoing tale, Kaspersky Endpoint Security Cloud is not just a product but a trusted ally—a companion in the grand saga of cybersecurity. Together, we stand against digital dark forces, ensuring the kingdom's data and integrity remain untarnished.

Kaspersky Endpoint Security Cloud is used for endpoint protection. It is an easily deployed and monitored solution. As the console is cloud based, it allows for both local and remote users to be monitored, without on-site monitoring. The timely notifications provided by the system are imperative to understand what is happening is real time. The vulnerability and patch management simplify my life!
Pros
Monitoring and notifying of issues for both remote and local users.
Patch management.
Low overhead.
Flexible licensing that allows for adding and removing licensing as required.
Great technical support when required.
Cons
Management console with multiple tenants gives an overall summary of critical level vulnerabilities. In my experience, you cannot click on the count and easily understand which devices are affected.
False positives occur. The positive is that Kaspersky Endpoint Security Cloud has a reporting mechanism that addresses these programs in a quick and timely manner.

Most companies use solutions that are not adequate in today's BYOD environment. Kaspersky fits the bill for its Threat protection, Device Managment, Web Control and Patch Managment not to mention free user licenses to add their personal mobile devices like iPhone or Android. We needed a full end to end solution that give the client and us a piece of mind in an ever-changing threat environment.
Pros
Patch Management
Office 365 Intergration
Device Managment
Cons
Keeping track of Individual companies as they add or remove agents so we can bill it properly. Currently we have to go into each client monthly and see if they have added or removed licenses.
Reports to see if Patch Management has been rectified.
iphone and android often requires users to fix and answer questions that should be controlled from the portal. Less user intervention would be a plus.

Ever since we have used Kaspersky, we have not had a single ransomware breach. With other products not only were breaches still an issue but the time to fix them also became troublesome. Having live reports has helped us and our clients deal with issues as they occur and keeps bad actors out of their systems.
KES Cloud Plus for my company and with my clients is used protect each of their computer assets (considering Personal Computers and Servers) both in Mac and Windows. - Firewall is used mainly to protect any attacks from the internet being an extra layer of security aside of the hardware installed on the IT site. - PC Hardware control connection input/output of data has been a great selling point and help a lot to clients in order to be safer on who needs to have this type of access which in the pas there were none. - Automated Scans and updates are also a great tool being used on a daily basis. - Patch Management has also been a great tool within the KES Cloud Plus since gives the feeling of a MRM of an overall functionality which others do not have. - Office 365 connection is one of the greatest controls and also gives another layer of security since this works with the full pack of Office 365m considering eMails, OneDrive and SharePoint services which gives a peace of mind on my operation and my clients as well. - I have had not had a bad experience with KES, I've been using it since it started as a antivirus.
Pros
Excellent Customer Service - Every time I need something from my main contact at Kaspersky I will get the fastest support within a day or two max, depending on the hour I call.
Excellent Performance - KES has been I can say a ghost on my company and my clients because of it's performance, since is light weight when processing and protecting.
Excellent Administration of Cloud Console - It's easy to navigate thru the KES Cloud Console having a quick help that orientates for any easy doubt to clear out, if needed to escalate I can always setup a Ticket and get a fast response.
Cons
Notifications - These are sometimes difficult to find anyhow when contacting my Kaspersky contact he will get the answer fast enough.

For me KES Cloud is well suited for any company, small or large since it has a proper solution for anyone. As it's named Endpoint, it is because of the tools it has to solve each one of everything that can arise, from a simple virus to a full hack attack, helping on each one of the configurable options within the console for each company and also added to this to a personalized Security profiles by level of management, this because not all of the users need access to certain sites, data, networks, even applications when using standard PC image (as an example). All this is great although for IT can be work but it makes a better control by user level experience and guidelines that each department needs to have.
Kaspersky Endpoint Security Cloud give us permeant connectivity with the agents like we never had with Kaspersky Security Center and that for us resolve a major issue, because when the users are outside the company Kaspersky continue to have all the necessary connectivity with the cloud and that's was one of the reasons to change to the cloud.
Pros
Web Threat protection
Ransomware prevention and malicious activity roll-back
Detect, understand and respond to threats
Cons
windows updates management
third party applications update

Web Control, Web Threat, Ransomware protection and the detection and response to threats are the best among all of the other platforms that wwe found and th's way we recommend this product.
I've used Kaspersky Endpoint Security Cloud as the All-in-one Endpoint protection solution for a small company. It was deployed after a security incident caused by ransomware that affected all the company's workstations. The customer aimed to avoid similar issues in the future. At the same time, considering the size of the company, it wasn't possible to spend much money.
Pros
Ransomware protection.
Web filtering.
Vulnerability scan.
Missing patches scan.
Cons
Console analytics.
Behavioural monitoring.
Machine learning.

I think this cybersecurity product is suited for small businesses. It's simple to use but grants a good level of protection from the majority of threats. I would not recommend it for companies with hundreds or thousands of workstations since it lacks some advanced EDR/XDR features. In such cases, I would prefer other Kaspersky solutions such as Endpoint Security Cloud Pro or even other vendors' products (Trend Micro, Crowdstrike, etc.)
We use it as an antivirus and as an EDR to detect new risks that appear; it can detect ransomware, polymorphic malware, and some social engineering attacks. It is also capable of detecting compromised accounts. Additionally, we have it connected to our SIEM to obtain reports of viruses, malware, ransomware, and unauthorized access attempts.
Pros
Antivirus
Equipment and infrastructure protection system.
A single console for everything.
Cons
Improve installation on Mac OS.
Sometimes the web console is slow.
Does not have an agent for Linux.
Likelihood to Recommend
We use it as an antivirus, and as an EDR to detect new risks that appear, it can detect ransomware, polymorphic malware, and some social engineering attacks. It is also capable of detecting compromised accounts. As something unfavorable, its EDR capabilities are not completely complete, and it does not have an agent for Linux servers.
