We use [Eggplant Performance] to help us catch bugs and to automate a lot of the different processes as well as triggering user interaction. It helps us create test scripts and monitor and analyze our applications in an easy way.

- Installing and setting up initially could be easier
- Reporting tool can be improved
- Fails at times

I would definitely recommend [Eggplant Performance] as an automation and testing software. Outside of these capabilities there are other tools that are better.
