Email security done right.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use KnowBe4 to monitor both inbound and outbound emails. Previous tools allowed too many malicious emails to reach end users, and outbound emails were not reviewed for possible data loss or unintended recipients.

Pros

  • block malicious email.
  • provide end users with information on the potential risks of opening an email.
  • breaking down the emails , malicious, grey mail, spam, etc.

Cons

  • I would like to see samples of the emails when using the outbound tool.
  • Not all emails are visible when working with the inbound emails.
  • A light interface would be nice.

Return on Investment

  • With less false positive staff are not waiting for IT to find "important" emails.
  • The banners help the staff make the decision to move forward without contacting IT.
  • IT has greater visibility of the inbound emails that other services.
