In addition to working directly with their customers, Labelbox's main product is a platform designed to make it easy to create and manage labeled data, enabling rapid deployment of artificial intelligence applications.

The company's AI data and reinforcement-learning infrastructure portfolio for building, evaluating, and improving AI systems currently comprises four distinct products:

• Horizon: Creates reinforcement-learning environments and evaluations for reasoning, tool use, computer use, coding, and other knowledge-work tasks.
• Terra: Supplies robotics training data, including video, trajectories, teleoperation demonstrations, and multimodal annotations.
• Alignerr: Matches AI-data tasks with credentialed domain experts and delivers structured preference, trajectory, and rubric-based signals.
• Recursion: Connects enterprise workflows, evaluation, reinforcement learning, and managed agent deployment into a continuous improvement loop.
