Legora

Legora is a legal workspace designed for lawyers to perform document review, drafting, research, and collaboration. It is used for contract analysis, due diligence, legal research, and precedent-based drafting. The workspace includes collaborative AI review for legal writing and research.

The platform includes four core capabilities. Tabular Review transforms large folders of contracts, agreements, or case materials into an organized, interactive grid where each document becomes a row and AI-generated prompts correspond to columns. This enables extraction of key data, clause comparison, and identification of inconsistencies at scale—whether analyzing hundreds or thousands of documents. The Word Add-in integrates directly into Microsoft Word, enabling in-document capabilities such as drafting from precedents, real-time commenting, and redlining. It can apply playbooks or templates, suggest markup, and leverage your firm's prompt library and document repository. The Research function combines agentic reasoning with traditional search methods across internal document management systems, legal databases, and web sources. It can verify citations, surface relevant precedent, and summarize complex legal issues in one unified interface.

Workflows are fully agentic and built on a framework where AI agents reason and carry out complex legal tasks step-by-step. This foundation enables Workflows to follow logic, apply firm expertise, and deliver outcomes that reflect real legal thinking. The platform supports the application of internal playbooks and workflow automation across legal processes.

Legora is SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, GDPR, and HIPAA compliant, with zero AI training on user data. The platform serves 800+ law firms and in-house teams, with customers including Linklaters, Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, Mannheimer Swartling, and Dentons.
