Litera Litigate is a litigation management platform that connects every element of a case, giving users key information at their fingertips.

Litera Litigate aims to modernize traditional workflows, helping teams add structure, accelerate insights, and stay connected throughout the case. The case team can collaborate by connecting documents, transcripts, and work product with custom issue tags and hyperlinks.

Users can highlight portions of documents and share insights with the case team. Users can organize case materials and analysis into electronic Binders. Litigate processes files uploaded with Optical Character Recognition (“OCR”) technology to make it possible to perform keyword searches of all case materials, highlighted text, issues, and notes.
