Logixboard is a white-labeled customer experience software that helps logistics service providers increase sales and retain customers. It connects directly to the user's logistics software, to give customers real-time shipment tracking, invoicing, and analytics. Customers can upload/download shipment documents. Documents sync with an integrated TMS in real-time, and automatic notifications alert the user and customers anytime a new document is uploaded. This helps customers save time by eliminating back and forth emails and phone calls, and reduce the risk of delays, customs holds and fees.
