What is Ludus?

Ludus is used by performing arts organizations to manage their ticketing, marketing, fundraising, and volunteer management needs. It is a suite of ticketing and event management solutions with tools for every stage of the patron experience. From ticket sales to sending branded communications, volunteer management, reporting, and selling merch and concessions, Ludus offers functionalities to simplify event management.

Ludus supports the arts and entertainment, with the ability to support use cases across K-12 and higher education as well. Ludus charges no fee for cash, complimentary and $0 tickets. 5% + $0.75 / ticket is passed onto patrons when they pay using a card.

Beyond selling tickets, Ludus can be used to market to potential patrons through email campaigns. Ludus also provides volunteer management features, useful for box office help, ushers, concession sign ups, Thespian hours, NHS hours, chaperones, backstage help, props team, strike, supervision, seamstresses, and servers.

Patrons can also donate at checkout when buying tickets or at any time via the "Donate" tab on a Ludus page. Functionality makes it easy for patrons to donate with additional options like recurring donations and categories to help filter all contributions to an organization.
