What is Saga IT Managed Integration Engine?
Saga IT provides ongoing managed operation of any Mirth Connect or Open Integration Engine (OIE) deployment. Saga IT handles monitoring and alerting, upgrades and patching, channel changes and break/fix, under agreed SLAs.
Service runs HIPAA-aware, on AWS or Azure, and covers HL7 v2 and FHIR channels. Saga IT is an independent commercial support vendor and active contributor to the OIE project, and also supports the open-source Mirth Connect 4.x line.
Managed engagements include monitoring dashboards, runbooks, and regular reviews so that the integration platform stays healthy.
