Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Overall Manatal has hugely facilitated the launch of our agency, we could have done everything it does in Sheets but it would have required 10x the time and ultimately cost more than the subscription we pay. I think it's a no-brainer for any agency looking for an ATS to simply try it through their trial.

We started using Manatal about six months ago to support both our recruitment and business development operations. The software was easy to learn and our team picked it up quickly without much training. Since we had limited launch capital, a great thing for us is that you can literally get started in minutes, and that you can pay on a monthly basis with costs that don't break the bank.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Manatal has been a game-changer for our recruitment workflow. We use it to manage both client relationships and candidate pipelines, and the CRM and ATS features are incredibly intuitive. Sharing job openings with recruiters is seamless, and tracking progress across roles is easy. It’s solved issues we had with team coordination and visibility. Overall, it’s streamlined our operations and made our business development efforts much more efficient. Highly recommended.

ATS software that we evaluate to move out from Jobadder. We were attracted by their cheap price point and features. After an initial discussion we realise customer support was not answering our questions, not willing to share customer referees mentioning privacy rules and not even willing to make a call to check.

Manatal also has a 1000 email limitation per month which is a big limitation and lest that 15 integrations which are major functionalities limitation.

Overall even if the pricing is good the product doesn't seem to be a finished product and support is not up to scratch

This software gives me more time to interview candidates and communicates with clients.

Pros

Although the prices are lower than those of other options, both the software and the customer service are of superior quality.

Cons

Because we have such a sizable candidate pool to work with, I really wish that they provided more than one thousand free monthly credits for use in mass marketing campaigns.

After having used this product for a couple of months, I can tell without a doubt that it has made the process of recruiting a great deal more structured and effective. This is simple and straightforward for us.

Pros

This product is great, and I've just used it for a year. As a result, I've found that my regular tasks are much easier to complete.
It is an amazing applicant tracking system that is simple to use and comes with a variety of features, one of which is designed to make working together with clients better.

Cons

As some of our clients offer the same roles in multiple locations, it would be helpful if we could include numerous locations for a single position on the career page.

Because everything, from candidates to clients, is managed in one place, I have to give it a perfect rating as a whole. This is why I recommend it.

Pros

A few of Manatal's selling points were a mass emailing tool as well as the capacity to develop a candidate database that is both secure and functional.
These features were among the primary motivating factors that lead our agency to make the switch to Manatal.

Cons

We had some difficulty migrating our previous database on our own, but the support team made it easy for us to get up and running again. Excellent responsiveness and assistance. When purchasing something, it's not just about the product itself but also about the service you receive afterward.

There is a slight learning curve, but the program is highly user-friendly and the support has been fantastic in helping us train the team.

Cons

The ability to send out mass emails at once was a feature that was initially unavailable but was added not long ago. Although I find the program to be comprehensive, I would like to see additional possibilities for customizing the career page.

Because of Manatal's robust feature set, including AI candidate scoring, ease of use, and reasonable pricing, we decided to adopt it as our applicant tracking system.

The system is designed to be easy to use and comes complete with everything that is necessary for the recruiting process.

Cons

Although we would like more say in how the career page appears, we must acknowledge its remarkably straightforward design. Now that we are managing our career page in-house, rather than outsourcing the work to a freelancer, we are able to save costs.

When compared to Manatal, the other two platforms we tested at the same time both had overly complex user interfaces. It was well worth the price we paid.

Everything a recruiter needs to complete the hiring process.

Pros

It contains a wealth of features, so you should invest sufficient time in learning it and the support team is always available on weekdays. Plus, they got some video guides and written step-by-step documentation. However, once you've mastered it, it's truly amazing!

Cons

Nothing to note here. It combines components of an ATS and a CRM in one package so I’m satisfied that my team and I can handle all of our sales and recruitment tasks here.

Many automated features, like categorizing the database for better automatic searching, custom fields and reporting to match specific requirements, and more.
