"Transfer" Folders and Printing: MemInfo provides a convenient preview option for reports, allowing users to review them before printing. It generates .pdf, .doc, and .xls files that are saved in a specific folder on the user's computer. Users can create a shortcut to the folder for easy access. In case a report is not found in the transfer folder, users are advised to check the server connection and reindex the files if necessary.
