Use Cases and Deployment Scope
I use Midjourney for both image generation and video generation. A lot of background images and background videos for web pages. Midjourney helps us create unique solutions for imaging needs. Our use is primarily for digital marketing and websites, but we occasionally use Midjourney assets in print materials and advertisements.
Pros
- Image generation - Real Estate Photography.
- Video Generation - Areal Video / Drone Style Video.
- Image generation - background patterns, non specific.
Cons
- It's easy to get in a loop with Midjourney and waste credits trying to get a different result. Having a partial refund system would be great.
- Video generation still takes up too much of your credits.
Return on Investment
- It's positively sped up deliverable time frames.
- It's helped us reduce costs on purchasing stock images/videos.
