Mio AI™ is NoPaperForms' agentic AI platform and intelligence layer across its education technology platform. Built on the education-specific data, context, and workflows of Meritto® and Collexo®, Mio AI enables educational organizations to deploy intelligent agents across student-facing and institutional workflows, extending engagement and contextual intelligence into enrollment and payment journeys.

The platform includes several agent product lines, each addressing a different stage of the student journey. Mio AI Guide is a conversational chatbot that answers student queries and captures and qualifies enquiries. Mio AI Voice handles voice-led outreach for enquiry qualification, lead reactivation, and other defined student journeys. Mio AI Coach, in development, is intended to support sales and counseling teams with lead insights and next-best-action guidance.

Because Mio AI agents draw on connected data from Meritto and Collexo, they incorporate context such as programme interest, enrollment stage, and prior interactions rather than responding only to isolated prompts. Institutions configure each agent's approved knowledge, role, tone, permissions, and escalation rules, including when a conversation transfers to a human team member.
