Mistral Data

The company's flagship application, Mistral, is offered as a strategic operational master system, integrating stock and crew allocation with train running in real-time including formation and orientation. It enables the transfer and management of data between on-train (e.g. Seat Reservation Systems and Automatic Passenger Counts) and back office / customer facing systems (e.g. to website / Customer / Staff apps). Mistral drives several other systems and has no front-end application with no users logging on.

Its also a real-time data integration platform which generates and shares acts as a single view of train operations. Mistral's coverage brings allocation / service / on-train and employee apps together in one place.

Mistral Data's Denali platform taking feeds from any customer touchpoint (web, app, on train wifi) and runs a comprehensive matching logic against all held records, to provide a single view of each customer. This single source of consolidated customer data is made available to downstream systems, like CRM, enabling you to run targeted marketing campaigns, support service messaging and market research communications and manage GDPR consents.

Additionally, Mistral Data provides performance analytic and BI tools, and a data warehouse tool to support business and operational decision making.
