I wanted to monitor the hardware stats, and muting helped not only by displaying monitor stats but also helped with Notifications. Simplified User interface and ease of admin. Use cases include real-time monitoring of the hardware and running applications. Muting helped by giving the unified experience of hardware stats and applications. There's no need to put a screen to view OEM-based NMS.
