The program is helpful in making small workflows that unite tools & apps via API or with custom nodes. Thus, one can pull data, process everything, apply convenient formats, and ultimately send the new data to a familiar viewer.

Due to its integrations, n8n works like a bridge between various solutions. Special nodes allow you to control flows and automate tasks.

I usually use N8N to replace manual and repetitive workflows that take users a lot of time to do manually. It works great when you have a clear and efficient process that needs to be automated to bring more efficiency to the organization. I tend to say that where there is a process, a spreadsheet, and a human, that's where N8N shines.

Searching information of the web to qualify and enrich leads.

Cons

It is not the most user-friendly tool, and a few non-technical users might get scared of it at first.
The learning curve is a bit too steep for beginners when tackling complex problems.
Some of the integrations require more technical knowledge.

I used n8n to build an automation tool that scraped my competitors Instagram pages and developed scripts for my own clients. It was an awesome experience and, even though I had 0 experience with software development, I was able to figure it out very easily. I believe that is the coolest part of n8n, it gave me means to build something in a couple days that I would've taken ages beforehand.
