The wellness platform provides the following---virtual counseling with licensed therapists; life coaching helping employees magivify strenghts and address weeknesses; mediation and yoga sessions; physical exercising and fitness sessions; massage therapy; nutritiion and sleep counseling and finanacial literacy instructions. The platform provides a fully HIPAA-compliant reporting .
Other capabilities include access professional video content from licensed practitioners across all nine categories of tools. A video library is designed to be used in-office or at home with various lengths and skillsets in mind. Employees can book with counselors or any other practitioners, coaches, or gurus with the Nivati App. Employees can confidentially book at their convenience, find appointments within 48 hours, and see the same therapist and practitioner each time they book. Access complementary playbooks, resources, and tracking sheets that are available for download.
