Use Cases and Deployment Scope
I offer installation, updating, and maintenance services. I do offer training and coaching. Some of my customers create a lot of content and need the scripts rather often. Open Web Analytics is used for Javascript-based tracking, campaign tracking, E-Commerce tracking, conversion tracking, and action tracking. In all of the tracking, the page internal trackings beyond heat maps are of most interest to my users. The stable owner history is clearly an advantage in the marketing of the product. Focusses are on tracking event pipeline customizations for user groups, and event handler adoptions. Some customers use it for purposes the customization of their database schemes beyond roles and capabilities. It is a great deal to optimize configurations, and make appropriate use of API of the content creation tool chain, content management toolchains, and tracking toolchains like Google Analytics API. I customize filters hooks and event hooks a lot for my customers. This is the main advantage for conversion processes that Open Web Analytics offers. There of course several pattern that can be reused often. The integration for user experience and satisfaction research among extracted real user groups is very interesting and provides many advances for my customers. The similarity to Wordpress in the architecture of roles and competency profiles is another big advantage.
