I am responsible for managing all of the emails for a large-scale organization and have been tasked with finding a solution for handling all of the mailboxes not just from a storage standpoint but also from an archival standpoint. I was recommended to look into OpenText Email Archiving and Management and I am so glad I did because this is a comprehensive email management solution that has been helping me handle the challenge of managing a large number of email accounts.

The OpenText Email Archiving and Management solution allows us to centrally manage all of your mailboxes, including PSTs, MSG files, and EMLs. Before implementing this solution, we had several different tools that struggled to work across platforms. It is a great email archiving and management tool for any business no matter its size. It's extremely user-friendly for the everyday employee and the tech support team is fantastic.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope
Once set up it works properly. It's nice to have an out-of-band archiver that resides outside the corporate email system. Assigning users to be able to retrieve and view is not a problem. Administrators can download and review messages when needed.
