What is OpenText Intelligent Viewing?

OpenText Intelligent Viewing is a solution used to streamline processes with cloud-first document viewing, annotation, transformation, and publishing. It is a cloud-first content collaboration software designed to streamline and automate business processes with in-line viewing, annotation, redaction, comparison, transformation and publishing features. The containerized architecture can be deployed on-premises, or in a cloud or hybrid environment and integrates with ECM systems.

Features

  • Text and graphical compare - Compares and highlights text differences in two documents or versions. Enables a graphical comparison of documents or drawings to spot differences quickly.
  • Expansive tool set - Enables the application of necessary annotations, redactions, watermarks, and banners to protect Personally Identifiable Information (PII). Permanently removes redacted information and prevents viewing, copying, or searching of the redacted portions in the published TIFF or PDF file.
  • Annotation commenting - Intelligent Viewing allows reviewing and commenting on all annotation types. Helps users to go through each comment and ensure nothing is missed.
  • Bulk document transformation - Transforms virtually any file type into accurate PDF or TIFF renditions using pre-defined business rules. Allows for the addition of annotations, redactions, watermarks, and banners, during the transformation process.
  • Integrate to ECM systems - Connects to ECM systems including out-of-the-box integrations to OpenText™ Extended ECM, OpenText™ Documentum™ D2 and OpenText™ Documentum for Life Sciences.
