Scalable solution for any business size that can be customized with dynamic flex fields to capture the transaction data you need. We have deployed this ERP internationally and it supports the FX and languages we need. Also, it handles dynamic tax calculations, regardless of the complexity of global jurisdictions.

Hi, I used Oracle R12 for billing and cash application purpose in order to cash domain. We generally doing invoicing using Oracle E-Business for our stockholders and also doing cash application by knocking off the invoice against payment received. We also fetch reports of large number of data from Oracle E-Business in our day to day activities to complete our task with more effectively and accuracy. The only drawback which I faced while using it the latency issue.
Pros
Showing payment posting against each invoice which had been knocked off.
Customer credit limit history and an option to control customer limit in case of any risk.
Every thing is inter Linked while doing invoicing which help the user to minimise the mistake and also it's user friendly
Cons
Latency issue- it works too slow. Oracle team really need to work on this as it will help to increase productivity of the user.
When there is a network issue for few second or disconnect. The whole Oracle page got stucked and it took a long time to restore as we need to close all pages and then reopen it.
Oracle team need to work on upgradtion and need to add new features which will help the business to grow by minimising the error or manual work
Likelihood to Recommend
It's works too slow that why i don't want to recommend it to anyone. Sometimes it makes the user to frustrated

I direct implementation projects of Oracled EBusiness Suite; I have about 10 years of leading this kind of project. But as an internal consultant and external consultant, I have been working with different modules of E-Business Suites, implementing and supporting. I have worked with General Ledger, Account Payables, Account Receivables, Inventory, Purchasing, Bills of Materials, Work In Process, Assets, Cash Management, Order Management, Accounting Hub, and a system administrator. The E-Business Suite has dozen and dozens of modules that can help your organization to solve different business requirements, with multiple APIs and interfaces to connect with your legacy systems or to receive information from different sources and then produce the information that you need. I have implemented modules in different companies, from Telecomm, car manufacturing, oil, food, banks, and others. One of the advantages is that EBS business flows are very complete, and you can buy and implement modules as you can or require.
Pros
General Ledger. Accounting for many enterprises, consolidation process.
Payables as you can control the invoice age and make the payment at the right moment.
Budget Control stops you to over expend, even at the purchase requisition moment.
Cash conciliation, a very good process.
Cost Management with the right inventory cost with different methods.
Easy with client orders in order management, and good shipping process.
Nice interface between client orders and receivables invoicing.
Cons
Inventory management, as can get better.
Applying Adjustments to receivables invoices.
Work IN Process, at the moment of moving assemblies between work stations.
Designing indented bills in Bill of Materials.

The best suited: When you need a very robust solution where you want a perpetual license product with multiple ways of deployment. And, because of the nature of the business or because of external legal requirements, your business needs multiple customizations. You can deploy EBS in cloud infrastructure or in your own hardware, and it is very good for large enterprises.
Less appropriate: If your enterprise is small or medium business, very standard, or you can not pay a lot for perpetual licensing or hardware to deploy your ERP systems.
The most important features of the Oracle Cash and Treasury Management treasury tool are those of integration with the applications of our finance department such as accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and cash management, this helps us to save time and have control of the money of expenses and collections. We have a simple control panel with modern features that allow us to know interest rates, payment dates and also perform financial control analyzes of the company.
Pros
Simple control panel with modern features help manage information in real time.
Features to work with interest rates.
Cons
It is overwhelming for any inexperienced user.
You may not have the necessary documentation to reduce learning time.
Likelihood to Recommend
Oracle Cash and Treasury Management fill the gaps in treasury management with features that are very helpful in building the modern financial system that we so desperately need. It may not be the most intuitive tool on the treasury market, but with a little more practice time, important expense analysis can be achieved. I am confident in this treasury tool for this year 2022 and I would like to recommend it to other companies so that they can also have a better administration.
Running core treasury operations to empower the treasury department to be able to manage the process in an automated fashion. All while following the Best Practices that should be in place for a treasury department. This also needed to be hosted by Oracle OnDemand with zero interruption from what the client currently used. Migration of all current data was a must as well.
Pros
Meets all basic requirements out of the box.
Streamlines the Treasury process.
Automation flexibility is key to this being a successful product.
Cons
Learning cure is a bit high for this product if you aren't already using a tool set like it.
finding where documents are stored can be tricky but once you find it you are golden.
Since I need a third one some of the API's need to be improved.
Likelihood to Recommend
I would give the consulting answer to this question. It depends. If you are looking for a tool that can be implemented at the enterprise level then this is the tool for you. it can scale to almost any size you want. If you were looking for a tool that needed to be at a level that is not quite enterprise this really isn't the solution for you. There are plenty of other tools out there for smaller implementation that [isn't] going to break the bank.

The review of Oracle Cash and Treasury Management Application, it’s best user friendly and robust application. This application can be used across the modules like accounts payables and accounts receivables. We could also implement AP/ AR netting since it’s a shared application, this feature will reduce the admin work to process the payments.

Oracle eBusiness Suite is being used in our business to do exactly what the product claims: Make better decisions, reduce cost, and increase performance! We use it across our management department. It really allows us to capture specific data on management flow and inventory. It also makes planning and scheduling simpler preventing inconveniences to everyone as a whole.
Pros
Flexibility in capturing data
Track/Manage Time/Hours - ABLE TO EDIT!
User Friendly
Cons
Limited Customizations
Crashes frequently
May require extensive training for certain staffing
Likelihood to Recommend
Awesome product/software for those looking to really reduce cost and manage inventory. I've used lots of software throughout my years and the procurement features typically lack. This will really help with that which then trickles down the line so to say to then reducing cost to then increase performance and your bottom line.
Oracle eBusiness Suite was used as our primary customer relationship management tool, financials, human resources and order management tool. We had previously an on premises solution and have moved to Oracle eBusiness Suite on Oracle cloud, which has improved support and reliability. It is used across the whole organization, with differences between each region.
Pros
Excellent integration with other Oracle tools and partners
Incredibly powerful suite of tools that after training become second nature
Easy to switch from on premise to cloud
Cons
Advanced provisioning can be overwhelming to start with
You are not forced to use other Oracle products, but are pushed
Limited to Oracle infrastructure
Likelihood to Recommend
Oracle eBusiness Suite is still an industry leader and for large companies is incredibly suited, especially if you subscribe to other Oracle tools. It is less appropriate for non-Oracle customers or those that have smaller companies with existing CRM, HCM or other tools. Other Oracle products such as Fusion cloud continue to eat into Oracle eBusiness Suite territory.
