Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Orion daily in our firm. The client information is aggregated over from Schwab into the Orion platform, where we can run reports, track performance data, make trades, and process billing. It is a complex system, but the Orion help desk has been amazing in walking us through the program and how to best use it. We love using Orion.

  • Report building could use improvement.
  • Report finding and help is hard.
  • Cleaner menu dropdown lists.

It is also contains the contact database - an ongoing database of all contacts in every capacity. Orion Practice Management System is synched with other software to create seamless integration of documents into other applications. It is extremely user friendly and easy to learn.
