Paddle Retain

Paddle Retain is a subscription churn reduction and failed payment recovery application included with Paddle Billing and available as an integration for external billing engines, including Stripe Billing, Chargebee, Recurly, Braintree, Chargify (Maxio), Recharge, and Zuora. The software detects subscription renewal failures automatically and initiates an algorithmic recovery cadence combining tactical smart retries with localized dunning emails. In addition to scheduled retry sequences, the tool displays persistent in-app prompts directing subscribers with past-due accounts to update their payment credentials.
