Panda Systems Management is well suited for small to medium sized organizations looking for a tool to centralize asset management not only physical but also assist with rapid deployment of patches, applications, etc. It proves also to be very beneficial as permits (to and extent) to do troubleshooting without interfering or interrupting end users.

We use it to monitor all machines within our environment. We use it to keep track of inventory, access computers remotely, run command prompt remotely, make registry edits, transfer files and way more. It's a pretty robust tool that has a ton of features. It allows us to monitor and support our user base quite effectively as a result.

It's fantastic for anyone who needs to manage a large number of remote users' hardware. It gives such great visibility into hardware and software. You can remotely access pretty much anything on a computer, from event logs to PowerShell to the computer's serial number. If you're looking for a simple remote desktop or inventory, this might be overkill, and there are better options in those markets. However, if you are looking for a Swiss army knife of remote computer management, this is as good as it gets.
