Users can print paychecks and paystubs on pre-printed check forms, or according to the vendor, they have the option to print pay stubs on blank paper or email them to employees. Additionally, the software offers direct deposit functionality, allowing users to process payroll through their bank or via Kotapay, the direct deposit processing partner.

According to the vendor, the software simplifies tax reporting by supporting the printing of common Federal Tax Forms, including 940, 941, 943, and 944. It also accommodates various state tax reporting requirements and allows for the creation of 1099-MISC and 1099-NEC forms.
