Use Cases and Deployment Scope

It is extremely easy to use, as it provides clear directions on where to sign (very intuitive), and if users have missed on signing correctly. It is also smooth to operate, allowing easy indexing of documents and encourages a collaborative approach. The software can easily integrate with my applications to enable digital signing effortlessly.

Likelihood to Recommend

Advantage is that is it easily available as a stand alone software as well as a solution which easily integrates with any application such as ERP, Tally or MS Office. It is easy to use and makes document signing fast.

Less suited for organizations that are cost conscious, since cheaper alternatives from competitors are available.

Never Fear Signing Large Scale Electronic Documents Again

We had so many large scale documents for my business, so we needed a mass signing application. After testing a couple of products, PDF AutoSigner stood out from the crowd. The compatibility, price, and ease of use made it a no brainer when finding the best products for our PPMs and other large documents

Likelihood to Recommend

This is perfect for large scale documents, but also be careful. If your document is very complex or needs multiple different signatures, you need to make sure that I is accurate. As always, review anything a program auto completed, because if it’s wrong it’s bad. All programs have this issue occasionally though, but PDF AutoSigner has issues like this less. Still one of my top products.

PDF AutoSigner to sign PDF files that earlier were printed to be signed manually with a pen. Generally and like most other companies we need to be able to sign papers that typically are electronic, and instead of now printing these papers and scanning them again to get them into the computer, we now sign these papers with PDF AutoSigner

Pros

  • Very easy to use
  • Saves a lot of time
  • Also it saves a lot of physical papers that earlier were printed to be signed and then scanned and trashed.

Cons

  • I'm just a user of this software, but I have heard it is a bit pricey.
  • Not sure if it exists already, but I would like to have an option to use the sign feature on a mobile device. This would really save a lot of extra time in my work routine.

PDF AutoSigner is really well suited if you want to sign PDF files easy and fast. You can sign internal files, contracts and more. Anything that is a PDF file can be signed and it saves a lot of physical paper and time compared to manually print the papers to sign them. In my department we have colleagues that are not very good with different computer applications, but still they manage to easily use PDF AutoSigner, so definitely easy to use!

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use it in Marketing and throughout the executive branch. When I did freelance work, I used PDF AutoSigner all the time and then brought it with me for work. PDF AutoSigner is very easy to use and keeps all the documents in one location for future use.

  • Keeps you in control of all documents and where they are located

Cons

  • The pricing seems a little high for a month-to-month

In our new normal business environment, collaboration is key. Since most of us are working from home, having a program like PDF AutoSigner is extremely helpful. It's easy to get many signatures in a short amount of time, and it's straightforward when gathering all the necessary info to customize your message.
