We use Peach for the delivery of TV and BVOD campaigns to channels across Western Europe. Using Peach allows us to manage all deliveries across the region via the same platform, and adapt to the different workflows and processes in different markets. It is accessible by our Production and Client Services teams, as well as Media Agencies.
Pros
- Live Customer Support - it is extremely quick and easy to get any issue resolved in the moment
- Quality Control - all assets undergo a QC process
- Delivery Report - a detailed delivery report is sent out, with the exact time each channel received the copy
- Integration with local platforms - CARIA, ARPP, Copycentral, etc
Cons
- In the cases where a copy needs to be urgently replaced, Peach requires the edit to be reclocked, which is a lengthy process in some markets
- The UI of the platform can be confusing
Likelihood to Recommend
Peach is very well suited for production hubs that manage multiple markets and media types and wish to consolidate all deliveries in one place. It is suitable for large scale campaigns and is well integrated with the various local clearance platforms in the markets. It is perfect for linear TV and BVOD campaigns.
