Peoplelytics provides employee survey tools for businesses of any size allowing them to send eNPS (employee net promoter score) surveys and broad employees surveys. Peoplelytics has 50+ employee survey templates prebuilt for customers to pick from, with an ability to enable or disable specific questions from the prebuilt surveys to customize to their liking. The tool also allows customization of email subjects and email bodies to tailor messaging to a customers preference. Employee management is handled through individual additions or bulk uploads to manage changes at scale. The tool is a simple self-serve solution for employee surveys, but has support documentation, support conversations, and email support available. Support conversations can be scheduled directly online or by reaching out to the team at team@peoplelytics.co 5 days a week (Mon-Fri). Peoplelytics surveys lead to detailed analysis and reporting which also includes AI-powered recommendations for what to take action on to improve results and act on the questions which are rated lowest by employees.
