What is PillPilot?
PillPilot is a platform for pharmacies that completes prescription data entry inside the pharmacy management system (PMS) the pharmacy already runs. It serves independent and community pharmacies as well as multi-store groups, long-term care (LTC) pharmacies, central fill operations, and 340B programs.
PillPilot's specialist AI agents work through a vision and accessibility layer rather than a per-system integration, so they operate on top of PioneerRx, PrimeRx, BestRx, EnterpriseRx, Liberty, QS/1, ComputerRx, and other systems without a migration.

Beyond data entry, PillPilot makes outbound patient calls on the pharmacy's behalf and includes an agentic analytics dashboard: staff can ask questions about their pharmacy operations data in plain language and build custom reports, graphs, and spreadsheets from the answers. A pharmacist stays in the loop on the work the agents produce.
Deployments are HIPAA-compliant, with a BAA on every deployment, PHI tokenized before model inference, role-based access, and an audit log on every write. Pharmacies typically go live within two weeks, starting with a pilot scoped to script volume. PillPilot was built by a team drawn from RedSail Technologies (PioneerRx), PillPack and Amazon Pharmacy, Walgreens, Pfizer, and Photon Health.
