I participated in a project to organize several meeting rooms, in particular the installation of Poly Studio X Series, X30 and X50 models. The devices turned out to be quite convenient in terms of setup and connection. In particular, I really liked the ability to use it as a USB device (as an external camera, speakers, microphones). The devices are used in organizations and constantly help with video conferencing.
  • Connecting as an external USB device
  • Component quality
  • Convenience and ease of use
  • It is necessary to make a PoE interface on the video codec itself, for convenient connection of PoE tablet control (TC-8)
  • Simplify the first launch of the device in terms of network (external DHCP required)
Great devices if you need to hold small conferences. If there is a need to hold a conference for several dozen people, I would recommend using older models.
  • The devices showed good performance; there are no complaints about reliability
  • The devices allow you to save several thousand dollars a year on renting the necessary equipment
